Your order
We are offering worldwide shipping for all customers.
Orders outside of The Netherlands may bring extra costs.
When ordering outside of the EU, please bear in mind that there might be extra charges applicable for import which you will receive through the postal company.
Orders placed before 1 PM (13:00) Amsterdam time are shipped the same day. Packages within the Netherlands typically arrive the following day, but international deliveries may take a bit longer.
European delivery:
Delivery within 7 business days.
Shipping Information for Orders Outside Europe
- Standard Shipping: Expected delivery time of 6 to 30 days.
- Express Shipping: Fast delivery within 7 days.
You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. Please send an email to customercare@serego.eu and we'll take it from there.
Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Unfortunately, these costs are not reimbursed by SEREGO.
If you have personalized your product, your right to return is no longer applicable. Please review the terms and conditions for all return policies.
Your track & trace number will be sent by email as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse.
